Recently I had 3 amigos illuminated in freelander l series.It has the same abs pump that in discovery 2.I found that there a svs mod that u guys posted in here so I attempted to do the svs bypass mod everything ok but I have some issues with a wire in discovery they connect to yellow and green...

I’m goint to do the bypass mod can please tell me which wire should I connect the bypassed wire (in the discovery forum they connect to yellow green wire but freelander doesn’t have yellow green wire it has ash yellow wire and ash green wire

Can you put a link or some info how to do the shuttle valve mod

As mr grumpy said discovery 2 abs pump looks like the same so will it be a direct fit?

Its mean that I can replace this abs pump with discovery 2 pump? Or the shuttle valve actuators

Hey guys what engine oil would you recommend for freelander l series.After last service I noticed I get lot of oil vapor from crankcase breather line and there is oil in intake manifold.I used mobil 10w-40 oil.

Thank you so much for the information I found out that MAP sensor vacuum hose cracked at the turbo side so I replace it.Now engine run perfectly well.And another thing what do you think about the oil catch cans(good or bad)
