I stripped my LR SM and replaced the worn bits. Easy (ish)!!! Only cost a few pounds for the internal contacts. Its normally only a tiny bit of copper that's worn away.

My 04 110 has folding forward second row seats. Guess It depends on the exact vehicle. Seats and belts need to pass the MOT.

We've all had the seat belt locking up and not releasing when trying to pull it across and locking it into the housing haven't we? Whats the cause and how can I rectify it before it drives me nuts?

Took the rear and 2nd row seats out, rubber matt out the rear, carpet up, guess what? Very wet under the carpet, bit of hole and salts around some bolts, guess its the differing metals reacting. Might have to look at all the door seals! And windows!
