MOT. Seats.

Anyone know if I need my second row seats in-place for the MOT?

Took them out to load and move some stuff, left the seat belts in though but seats are still out.

There a provision that fitted seats are secure but if not fitted that won’t apply,
But seat belts will be checked for condition, locking and releasing so make sure they do,

If seats aren't fitted they can't be checked.
But as for seat belts, is that correct? Don't recall which car it was, but when the seats were folded, the seatbelt didn't work. Pretty sure that was by design
