Is there a set of pics that show how to access and replace the slave? Am on dial up speed connection out of UK....so please dont just tell me to do a search....its taking ages to open a page!

Storm / Guys - had a look under landy. It must be the slave as gearbox is wet with fluid. How do I best access the slave? Is it through the middle seat from above? Shall I get a replacement slave or can you service the old one?

cool - what does a stop solenoid do? I assume it stops the engine? (Did google it but hat did not help!) I guess that would explain why the engine was running so rough.....kept switching itself off!

Been having some issues with the 90 running smoothly. Discovered that one of the two wires that runs to the rear of the injector pump was loose and the connector was full of muck. After removing connector and wipping off the contacts then reconnecting she ran so much better. The thing with two...

OK - sat in office, landy is at home! So check that both the slave and master have fluid in them. Presumably if they do not then there must be a reason for its sudden dissapearance? Will report back once I get home....I have to go to Pakistan this weekend so may not get a chance to look...

Storm - the slave cylinder...is that the one with the white clear plastic screw on lid that is attached to a piston off the end of the clutch pedal? Its located on the bulkhead?

Help....driving home last night and the clutch pedal felt like it was in the wrong place. The bite point was further away and as I drove home it got worse and worse until it was hard to change gear with the clutch on the floor. Have looked at Busters DIY guide on the master cylinder...is that...

I got a set from Richmond shot blasting (Richmond Shot Blasting). the guy is a member of this forum and he has an eBay shop. Everyone I have spoken too or who mentioned buying them on here was pleased. They are good quality, fit easily and are reasonable price compared to what else is out there.

Andy - do you mean the injector pump? I have opened mine a number of times and it always has some oil on top of the diaphram that I just wipe off and my turbo is not knackered and it has done this for years.

Always the way....you wait ages for one to come along, get bored, buy a new one and then a few weeks later one comes up!

Not unusual to smell oil but very unusual to be doing 65...cant remember the last time i went past 60!

You can pick up a decent roof without the hole for the sunroof cheaply. I would replace the one yOu have with one that has no hole. Sunroof leak badly!

Did you buy the landy knowing it needed done? Seems like a big project to take on when there are some ones out there for not too much money that have already been looked after??
