I had a noise very similar. At first I thought uh so greased it and by coincidence it seemed quieter. But then I jacked it up an oil came out swivel, it turned out to be the needle roller bearing for the half shaft Regards

where is the central locking ecu on a 300 ? my has failed altogether since it went for a splash at yarwell.

and dont forget to check insurance !!!!! some have been told it is invalid if springs are fitted to a 7 seater .
