Hi mine has a Janspeed Stainless Steel exhaust on it. Straight through from the manifold to the rear pipe. Sounds nice and touchwood I'll never have to change it. It did however come with the landy when I bought it. The landy is a 200tdi 90 1991. I'm not sure how much they are to buy.

I have recently replaced all the oils in the landy apart from the axle oils cuz I couldnt get the plug out, so I don't think its low on oil. I have a cubby box in the centre where the seat usually goes so would be a nightmare to remove just to hear that. I think I'll just put up with it and hope...

Oh it has no problem holding the vehicle even when on a hill. It just seems as though the whole thing including the cable needs an overhaul. But just wanted to know whether it should self open like on most normal cars when the button its depressed.

I've just been out in the landy and the whining noise is in 2nd 3rd and 4th at about 1500 - 1700rpm? Any ideas? Cheers Terra Dog

I fitted my new tank yesterday which took me about an hour as opposed to 3 hours to get the old one off.

I would say at least £1000, but ask for more suggestions. I know there is one in the back of the land rover monthly but cant remember how much it was going for, i let you know later when i get home to look in the back of the mag. That number plate reads somthin somthim MUD, cant remember exactly.

Should cost you about £50. For a new one that is.

Hav'nt a clue where its comin from, i think it's comin from between the protector plate on the bottom of the tank. Shall be giving the new tank a good coat of hammerite and the chassis where the tank goes.

Removed the fuel tank, ready for the new one to gone in when I get it. The diesel was ****in out so thought it best to totally remove it before the car park gets completely covered in diesel. New tank should be here in a week or two, so am off the road for a bit. doh!

Looks like a shed if you ask me, 8 years old and in that condition.
