i have a 200tdi with a straigth through middle but want a straight through tailpipe, other than making one yourself which involves welding(wouldnt have a clue) does any one know if you can buy one off the shelf? ive looked about but cant find any. side exit looks good. Cheers

I looked into this when i bought mine some months ago, I was told that its down to the clutch plates and not a fault. Until you warm up the plates they will not work efficiently. ten mins into a drive and the plates are sufficiently warmed up to gain better grip. seemed to make sense to me...

no...the main large 'nut' works on a cam type tightening set up....no screw thread. take you 2 mins to remove it.

Thing is i try to avoid Britpart like the plague but there products still find there way through the post somehow. These are not labeled/ stamped or were in anyway advertised as Britpart when i bought em......but you never know, may be some are selling these with all Britpart labels missing...

Had a new pair of Heavy Duty turrets arrive today in shiny yellow. I have some concerns over the welding on these and i have attached photos for your opinions, should i send em back or do you reccon their OK?? Im no welder but looks like i could have done a better job........Cheers.
