4 Point Harness

Evening all..........
Im looking to fit some after market seats into my 1990 Defender 90 Hardtop and thought i would install some 4 point harnesses while im at it. Fitting the seats seems easy enough. Question is has anyone fitted a four point harness to said vehicle?....If so were would the anchorage points be? .... any tips/hints/photos would be great as i havent a clue were to start........Cheers.

Hi there farty 1 i have bucket seats in mine with 3" 4 point harness on both front seats.
The lap belt part of it i used the existing seat belt anchor points and for the shoulder straps i fabricated a bracket from the existing shoulder mount on both side down to a seat fixing in the back, i then welded an 1 1/2 " tube from one to the other behind the seats and above the half bulkhead and wraped the belts arround these, obviously with the correct fastenings.

An internal roll cage is the best thing to attach a harness to.

....now its starting to get pricey, could a military style roll bar fit into the back of my hardtop?
