    Mud Console fitted, but....

Hmm, thats interesting. I looked up the part number and it's definitely meant to sit on the back of the vehicle.I would have though they would send a sticky back one seeing as its not going to be exposed to the elements. I would give them a call, if not, you've got some drilling to do! ;)

    Mud Console fitted, but....

I think the thing attached to the badge is meant to hold it in place on the back of the vehicle, as I dont think anything sticky would be able to hold it in place while you are going along. Would seem like a lot of hassle to get it into your new dash. I would try and source a sticky back one off...

The sound of a buggered UJ

Hi all, Once again, I can hear the sound of a UJ on its way out. I usually get them replaced by a mechanic, but at £70 a time, I figure I can probably do it myself. However, does anybody have any tips on finding out which one is broken? Both of the props have a little bit of play, maybe a...

Td5 Diff lock light-it no worky

I hear a metallic clunk when I engage diff-lock on my 300Tdi, have no experience with Td5. I'd say check the instrument panel bulb but I think yours is a lot more complex than that.

    Defender 90 300 tdi MPG

I should have mentioned that this is based on driving with a slightly heavy foot and around town, maybe 30 miles of motorway driving out of the 220 I calculated it from. Bugger speed, its all about the journey, and stopping every now and again as bit fall off along the way.
