At long last discovered what the problem was the cable was too tightly bent and cable tied to the chassis in a long curve. :mad: Works brilliantly now.

Got to replace my gearbox but am finding a lot of different comments about recon boxes. Can anyone recommend a good recon box (with transfer box) replacement? Beaumonts & Simmonites seem to come out well.

From the photo it looks like the oil breather and should be into the oil filler cap.
