Talked to a mate and he said the alive tuning full house job isn't just a remap it's thousands of pounds worth of all sorts. A Good map, EGR and eggsause mods should put you at around 180BHP :). I bet they drives like angels like that!

My front seats are starting to look a little tired after 1205k, no bugger has every def the leather and the alcantara in looking a bit ropey too. I'll be interested to see what comes up.

I doubt it, it was funny before we put the k seal in. We plushed it with water thoroughly, but if there is really stubborn sludge in there it may be compromised. I'd quite like a better radiator anyway if I'm going to re core it - a few more channels or something.
