Can anyone tell me if disco 2 TD5 seats will fit in the back of the disco 1? Seen loads on ebay and would be ideal but needs to bolt in and be safe. Anyone done it?

Yes I removed the egr etc years ago,, I must have removed the pipes it must be a sign of old age or so many things to fix I roget whats what. Cheers for that though I know I dont have to bold it to the wing now!

im going to try this to my manual 300tdi as soon as I finish the welding. Has anyone done this that uses there car for long journeys? I drive regularly 200miles so hoping that it gives more power for overtaking and hills but hope it doesnt knacker up m engine quicker

cheers found that the clasic rear goes straight in but the front seats need a bit of fabrication on the runner cheers

Cap it or replace it. Had this go on me before and although you get a very impressive smoke cloud and glowing red exhaust with all your engine oil going there its a lot of work t fix. This is my worry too as they are expensive to replace but also a good excuse to buy a VVT turbo

love the idea of the turbo just looked £1500 I think not id rather have my chassis galvy and keep a standard 300tdi than spend that just on one part. Great idea for a bigger budget
