Whats this iv found

Well welded in a new crossmember and just finishing the innerwing and putting everything back found a small part it sits next to the airfilter and has a wired plug to it. It also has 3 small tubes attached to it -- two are just loose and go knowhere but the other runs along the bulk head and ties into a T-piece on the vac pump hose for the brakes. Can anyone tell me what this is for and whould the other hoses be connected to anything? Never really noticed it before till I cut the old wing out. Car seems to run fine but would be good to know as it seems to be tied into the brake system.

It's the vac pump for the egr system, being unplugged I presume you have the egr removed and a blank over the manifold?

It can all be removed and just plug the pipe going back to the brake system.

Yes I removed the egr etc years ago,, I must have removed the pipes it must be a sign of old age or so many things to fix I roget whats what. Cheers for that though I know I dont have to bold it to the wing now!
