Can the interior lights be turned on and off within the BeCM with the right diagnostic gear ?

Right, the pipe with a blue line on which would go to the manifold has a bolt in the end of it. I know it's no drag racer but I have no issues with power. I have not checked to see if the egr pipe has been blanked.
