I had an electrical problem that caused the beeper i put 2 new EARTHS (1 under the fuse box on the body to the battery and 1 from the alternator to the chassis)+ new battery SORTED NOW No more problem all the faults gone

Hi dark glad you're feeling better are you getting 22.5/23 mph in town or on a run. If its on a run reset both trips 1&2 try it on a run then and see what you get don't use the cruise control

Yes i believe so 50/50 ish with diesel. Ive been doing a bit of research on lpg for the bmw diesel found a web site that says with lpg and the chip you can get just over 220 BHP out of the diesel with a return of 35mpg ish at 60/70 mph. If there statements are true it mite be worth thinking...

I got 2001 dhse 106000 ish on the clock i get 22/24 in town 24/30 on a run now i fitted a van aaken smartbox:D

It is possible to fit one you have to change the center consol above the radio + then you have to get it wired the (cd reader fits in the clove box) see the pic attached:confused:

Think its an ECU fault get it plugged in to testbook me thinks but try setting it on the access ie down on the stops and see what happens then good luck m8

All the gearbox fault means is the gear box is'nt geting enough power hence the new earths
