No Speedo or Rev dial illumination

I have a 2014 Freelander 2 HSE
I seem to have lost illumination on the speedo and rev counter, but the central information display is ok\
Is this a settings thing or fault ?

Yes, central info display between dials is bright.

It sounds like the illumination LEDs have failed, although it's unusual.
