Good Day!

So the air suspension on our RR l322 Vogue 2006 TD6 wil go in offroad and normal but when i try and put it on the lowest setting, it wil just say "Air suspension Fault" after that i am not able to change the height until i restart the car. i was wondering what this could be and if i am able to fix this.

You need diagnostics on it.

Thanks for your reply, can this be done via the car menu or do i need something more fancy?

Possibly something more fancy as you put it. I do not have details for your year of car, but the earlier version states access height should be selected whilst the vehicle is moving and will drop to access when the vehicles stops, within a set period of time. Maybe if you are selecting it with the vehicle stopped on your model, it needs to be restarted to cancel it. I am not exactly sure but on previous models warnings were give to only select whilst on the move. Selecting whilst stopped is not recommended.

Sounds like a good read of the owners manual is in order.:D

Mines an 06 and you can select access when moving. It will drop partially once speed is below (I think) 20mph then it will drop the last bit to access once speed drops below 5mph.
However, selecting access at standstill also works and it drops immediately.
Diag needed i think.

Only ever select access when at standstill, because it’s on high to get up the drive. And it goes down fine. (2011)

something not right, maybe the wind is not getting out as quick as the cars brain thinks it should.
Filter drier/exhaust?

As said diagnostics needed.

On the P38 dropping from standard to access can be done stationary without problems. The L322 is different, the drop to access whilst stopped puts outward pressure on the wheels so deforms the tyres. That is why it is selected on the move and gradually drops as speed reduces to avoid this.

Not disputing that, just saying that it is possible to select access when stationary so we can rule that out from the OP's issues.

Was just explaining why drop to access is done on the move rather than when stationary on the L322. As said earlier he needs diag.
