Part of a runner

Interestingly for a vehicle where you can buy almost anything I’m struggling with a bit I need.

somewhere in it’s past my passenger seat has lost the ring loop bit off one of the runners so I can’t bolt it down.

but cannot find anywhere where I can buy one. I can get the full frame. Or runners for a sparco seat. But not just the runner.

anyone got one going spare or know where I can get one. Thanks.


Ps it’s a 1995 my CSW 300tdi

They break off , it's not uncommon.
I welded some steel back on and redrilled the hole.

Yeah that would seem the answer. I’ve never welded though.

Take the runners off and visit your local small garage and ask if they can make the bit you need to match the good runner and weld it on, wont be dear at all.
Cash and a bag of sweets will see you in their good books.

I got paid a bag of sweets for drilling two holes last week, still eating them.

I'd weld the runner for a bag of hard liquorice or fruit salads or black jack's.

Mind if I send some work your way? I got some Haribos?

there is your excuse to do a hobby welding course!

next thing you know you'll be cutting up your bulkhead and wading in too deep.
