2005 TD4 bought as a toy a few years ago. Fell in love with it and it soon became our primary car (above the Jag !!). Had it's MOT yesterday at nearly 135k miles and passed with 2 advisories - needs tyre (already on order) and rusty back coil spring. Looks like we have another year of great motoring :)
 
Dunno if you're aware of the importance of tyres on Freelander.

Just be sure that all 4 tyres are the same make & model. Ideally tyres are replaced in sets of 4, if not pairs with the least worn (new) ones on the back axle.

Yep, very aware of that - always 5 tyres the same make and 2 newest on the back :)
