Anti rollbar

Any ides on un flipping the rear ARB. Or is it a case of taking it off and putting it back on how it should be

Not sure what you mean.

There's a thread on this subject somewhere it had a photo or two as well, i didn't take much notice as my disco stays on the Tarmac, but i believe is a matter of jacking the vehicle high with the anti roll bar fixings removed, the other way would be removing the bar, sorting it out and reinstalling and dealing with any issues that intails.

Yes, take it off and put it back on. Did it flip because you have a lift? I so buy a couple of towbar spacers to give the ARB the same lift as your truck. You could remove it but it will fail the next MOT because of it and refitting mine probably saved me from flipping onto its side on a French motorway a couple of years ago.

Why keep it if you're going for an out an out off road motor.
