its strange only sound is a rattle in front left of car which I have put down to a bush. it happenes in every gear around 2.5k to 3k rpm and then driving it will randomly pull back and loose speed like engine breaking its really weird I have put injector cleaner in just incase

Could be a coil pack failing or even an HT lead loose.

When it does this ere shuddering thing, if yer put the clutch in and rev the engine while still moving... does it still do it?

I keep seeing yer pic of an orange FL1 and thinking yer dun't see many that colour. Was it always that colour or is it an edited pic?
