North east, by hadrians wall.
Finished the exhaust guard, bit rough but seems very solid considering how light weight it is, is used holes on the bracing just behind the diff worked out nicely to have 3 the back was held up using rivnuts into the tow bar cross brace, I was worried that the guard might not allow the exhaust the cool properly but I figured at the worst it would dry off the rear carpets a little. Apologises about the awful quality of the pictures. The guard could easily have been extended to the cross member in front of the diff protecting it too but I wasn't too bothered About that at the minute.

3/4mm it is too thin really but the metal was free so can't complain. It stood up to the greenlanes the other day with a couple little dints

Yeah the guards we make are 8mm, but need to be because when you land on them (like I did on sunday) they need to remain solid and support the weight of the vehicle.

But as said, it was free, so can't be picky :D
