Don't think anyone said you did

Am i right in my aspersions beasty?

Sounds reasonable......(nips off to look up the meaning of 'aspersions') :D

Any intercooler has to be better than none unless it's strapped to yer exhaust but not sure I'd bother unless I could get a good flow of cool air through myself.

I tend to find grown ups don't make things up and post them when they don't know what they're talking about but I'm currently enjoying a second childhood so what would I know...

More the better would have thought. Hence rad being at the the front. By the wing isnt going to get the flow through it to cool.

Did see disco 3 intercooler rad that would go all the way across directly behind rad without affecting main rad pipes. Depends on dimensions but long and thin.

Nother option is to put an intercooler in front of the rad, 200's tend to run cool anyway so loss of a little rad area isn't an issue though you have to run pipe work through the wing

and i wonder what price a disco 3 rad is .....

when i bought the doner (bank of dad) i said to him oh ill have it in in 2 days ad back on the road, two weeks later and im nearly there :)

I got mine from the guys locally than make silicone hoses for everyone SFS they had a kit for scrapion racing kicking about so I fitted them to my 200tdi.

Best thing was they had a shelf of odds and ends take what I want and they gave me a price
