hi all need some help got freelander td4 36000, done so far changed the fuel filter not been change since new stiil has the original fitted garages for you lol orange light comes on at 2.5 revs and will not rev any more then some times will not start no code reader till tuesday any advise would be helpful cheers michael

hi thanks, found out this much if i turn on ignition inline fuel pump fails to start give it a knock and it starts running and engine will run but still not over 2500 revs so have checked all connections all ok needs a knock to get it going so i know i need one of them but could the tank one be playing up too ? so you are very close with the lp pump

Same as my 55 plate TD4, change the fuel pump in the NS wheel arch. I took a chance on a flea bay item, loads cheaper than a stealer item, no problem so far !!
hi cheers for the info yes i have took the chance to with flea bay some say they make more noise but we will see as long as it goes i wont hear that
