hi all, maybe someone who runs a td5 with climate control can shed some light on this, when i am underway, i get wind noise from the front left dash area (this is uk based) it sounds like my old 90 with the left air vent open, this is regardless on what temperature it is set at. any clues...

hi slob, yes m8, i have done it with wd 40 and 3/1, swung it to my arms gave up, several times, as i said, it only gets around the outside, it barely penetrates the join let alone the pin itself, there is no wear to allow my to lift the door to get a gap. oh well, i will just have to carry on...

hi all, td5, any one come up with a more efficient way to lubricate the rear door hinges, i have tried wd 40, 3in1, and the dealer used some spray on grease, but nothing seems to penetrate, the buggers should have been fitted with grease nipples or something regards voith oh and by the way...

with me i did this quite a few times but it did not clear,so went to bed, tried it the next day and to my relief it cleared, i did wonder if it was down to my leaving it in gear when i shut it down, and not giving it time to sort it self out, when i restarted, but with luck it has not returned voith
