After saying id rebuild it i took it apart and there was nothing what so ever wrong with it it all looked mint so a a good clean, transfered my plasma rope over, a lick of paint and a freshly reworked bumper to take a winch SOOOOO much bigger and here we are i think it fits in there nicely...

Thanks chris but I do all my work my self I have been since before I could drive and and seem to do all the families too!!! I have a mind set of why pay when I can teach my self to do it and save money and learn something new

To be honist it is really easy to work on you don't need any special tools apart from a brain and a good sence of feel. As you can't do the preloads precisely you need to do them by feel and set everything so there is a bit of drag on it not too tight but not too lose it's a bit trial and error...
