Prop vibration

hi all
background--- D1 300tdi 5" lift(it came with this lift) stock front arms cranked rear
Bearmach purple Pollybushes all round adjustable panhard rod

i recently brough my self a new propshalft went for one with 40deg UJs

however when i fit it it makes the whole car vibrate at between 30 and 50
take it off refit the old (WA) one and its gone back to normal
(the reason for replacement is a warn slider joint)

i have had it made identical accept the ujs its even phased the same ie +45

just wondering if anyone else has had this or a similar thing

Sounds like prop out of balance

I thought the same and it had been balanced for a second time and has made no difference

Is the weight still on it or has it gone.

Unless your new prop is defective, then it could just be your lift and the characteristics of the prop; it doesnt like the angle much. I struggled without a lift to get a vibration free situation uphill in third, even with a new prop it still did it a bit.

The weight is still there and was perfectly balanced
The previous prop was perfect no vibration no funy business atall but the slipper joint is now warn and has play (it still does not vibrate like the new one) but just clunks and clicks and u can push up on the Middle and make it flex. Hence me wanting to sort that out before it decides to flex to much and go through something
