Yeah I've just had a better look at it ,it snapped clean in half exactly where you've said,I just don't see why it's happend? I'm not aggressive when I change gears etc

Thanks for the reply ,the engine is a 2.5td 19j ,it all happend so quickly I think there was some sound but I was in the middle of a busy junction when it happend so I was more focused on trying to get it of everyone's way.
