To be honest Doriz, I've spent rather a lot on the engine rebuild, including the injector pump/injectors and had the radiator rebuilt, so funds are a little tight at the moment. But I am acutely aware of the expression 'spoil the ship for a halfpenny worth of tar'.....

Many thanks Lynall. My 200tdi is bog standard and hasn't, as far as I know, overheated etc. However, she did blow the head gasket at almost 200k miles, hence the re-build, so maybe she needed a rest?! But I'll take a look at eBay and see what's on offer. Thank you again. TimB
