Recon turbo fitted and injector, oil and filters changed, all cylinders had good compression. All fitted and working now :-)

I have an 04 td4 hse, I have had starting issues over the last year so took it for diagnostics check found several fault codes, 1 being injector 2 malfunction. does the cam shaft sensor fault not usually make the starting worse the hotter the engine gets though? as mine is only bad at starting when warm, when its hot or stone cold, there is no problem starting. I egr valve isn't bypassed as far as i know.
