Ok, so what dampers/shocks do you lot like to fit, mine are very tired but not sure what to replace them with, ideally I was after and updated damper and HD springs. I have had a little look around the web but nothing that shouts out to me. Thoughts please......

Yeah, mine is a sparco wheel, but as said in zdomz post, they don't actually list a boss kit. Has anybody tried fitting wheel of mg or rover?!

I've had a search on tinterweb, but don't seem to find much. Has anybody on here fitted or know of a steering wheel boss for the hippo. Many thanks.

So, I'm still not sure what was at fault, as I just fitted the second hand abs pump, two new sensors and two new reluctor rings on the front, and hey presto no more dodgy speedo or brake warning light.

The only warning light is the handbrake/brake fault warning light, no abs light or hdc. Well, with mot time looming, I didn't want to be spending data with it in bits, hence I have just collected all the bits up so I am prepared.

Ok, I am finally gonna fix this fault, I have new reluctor rings, new sensors, a second hand abs pump and a second hand hand set of clocks. Is the only way to rest fault codes with scanner or can I just leave battery off?! Is there any thing else I might need apart from good luck and a bucket of...

I'm looking for a replacement ABS Pump and module for my 2001 TD4 freelander, attached is picture of mine. If anyone could help that would be great. Located in North Wales and Banbury, Oxfordshire. Stretch.

The bore is perfect, but the seals are shot and the piston's are corroded and pitted! I know all about rebuilding calipers etc, its common practice in motorsport!

Where do you buy new pistons from, I'm quite happy to rebuild my calipers, but could only find seal kits available, but I need pistons too.

the abs appears not to be working, and when i checked fault codes with snap on scanner it said all 4 speed sensors are out of value, i'm guessing its a faulty control board in the abs pump. are they the same on all freelanders of that age or do i need a td4 specific one?

They are what all the road rally boys use, ok they are not gas discharge, but then they are not gas discharge money! i love them! but i suppose its each to their own!
