Do you have a rechargable torch etc plugged into either cigar sockets???

Looks like the cruise control vacuum pump?

Fitted my kit today and it works a treat with good clear instructions.
The only difference with mine is I fitted the switch on the outer edge of the instrument cluster so it can be eailsy operated through an open window.
Thanks David, great work!

Hi I'm RAC Patrol and willing to give it a go , let me have your PayPal details and I'll send you the funds. Chris

They will take it BUT will charge for over 10 miles from your home address.
Unless you car found it's way further than 1/4 mile from your home address, then providing you have recovery they will take it at no extra charge.;)

I tend to find a lot of the time I have to break the nuts with a breaker bar first unless the wheelnuts have been properly torqued!
-
I bought a second hand snap on off eBay and got the battery re celled for £80 and it's far better than the new Sealey one I bought.
-
Replacing the battery is probably a good idea to if it's getting hit with 380A it won't help it!
-
If your starter is pulling 380A It's knackered, it should pull 150/175A in normal conditions.
The only other possibility is that the starter is struggling to turn a tight engine but pretty sure you'll find it's the starter.
-
Like all car batteries there are so many variables it's impossible to put a time on it.

I'm sure most of them make it up as they go along!

Yes mate their getting a bit greedy these days but I think you'll find their all pretty much the same regarding T's & C's!

Hi mate, you can flat tow your discovery as described but be careful what you're pulling it with as the RAC Transit/Transporter would have been overweight to tow you, and be sure to use a bar and not a rope. Why did they want to charge you to be towed if you have recovery?
