Maybe we're speaking of different parts. The cage I'm referring to came with the head unit. :confused:

Correct
Both - facia surround as a finisher / cage holder (available from Halfords) and the cage to hold the head unit. I fitted the Alpine W235BT into this space without any difficulty.

This is all very strange. According to my V5, mine was registered on 31/07/2006. CO2 emissions are given as 205 g/km. I paid £285 for my current VED.

Open the file in QT and then export (file>export) to a different format. Might do the trick :)

The 05MY doesn't have a pump in the tank. The OP is talking about the High Pressure pump in the engine bay.

It might depend on the year. Mine is MY06 and oil definitely comes out of the hole if the screw / bolt is missing. On mine the fixing is an Allen type.
