H Lenny1234.did the wiper,demister work & when the door handle was pulled the window dropped?.

I was led to believe if the tailgate window was not right the safety feature stops the rear wiper and demister and 2 stage door lever working.

Hi. My 1999 Freelander Tailgate Window is working in reverse. When you press open it shuts & press shut & it opens. And the glass dosen`t drop when you open the tailgate. Plus the rear wiper & demister don`t work. Any ideas?. Thank`s SID.
