Tailgate window problem.

Hi.
My 1999 Freelander Tailgate Window is working in reverse.
When you press open it shuts & press shut & it opens.
And the glass dosen`t drop when you open the tailgate.
Plus the rear wiper & demister don`t work.
Any ideas?.
