    Hi All, got a 62 plate Discovery 4 commercial 3.0sdv6 engine starts but knocks loudly, i suspect piston as when i take the oil filler cap off it puffs quite a bit (pressure build up). I don't trust the recon engine adverts online as read some bad reviews unless anyone can recommend a good one...
