Hi, I have been using some 255x50x20'S on my 2006 Disco 3 HSE. The ride is terrible.
Looking to change down to 19's and have come across a set from a Discovery 5 using 255X60X19's. Will these wheels fit straight on to my LR3 as the seller suggests. I am not so sure.
Any help would be...

Had the local 'Indy' check her out and apart from recalibrating the heights on each corner, everything else is tip-top. Already bought a set of 19" identical to the original, just need to get some tyres then hopefully everything back to normal.
Thanks for everyone's input and comments, much...

So the wheels are ok for the front axle but not the rear and the tyres are completely wrong.
The BarclayCard is gonna take another hit

I have just read that the weight ratio on these wheels are 900kg when the recommended ratio is 940kg, that may explain some of the issues. They were originally on a RR Sport.
Just checked inside the drivers door, it only goes up to 19".
Looks like I need to replace the wheels and go for 19"...

Thanks for this, again, really much appreciated. I have spoke with the chap I bought the wheels from who told me tyres (Pirelli Scorpion PZero) is what the tyre fitters recommended, £180 a corner fitted.
Obviously he didn't know what he was on about.
I have checked the heights again this...

Hi, 109Y
Just checked the heights as suggested
NSR 485mm
OSR 485mm
NSF 480mm
OSF 470mm
Can't believe the rears are the same level having sat over-night
Thanks for your time on this, very much appreciated.
Do any of the settings on the car need to be changed to reflect bigger wheels?

Hi,
Every so often my sat-nav display fades or flickers. I have adjusted the settings on the screen and on the control knob next to the headlight switch. When I put either front or rear demister on there is a clear change on the display. I have put a new battery on her recently to no avail...

Hi, just managed to get round to taking some pics, as you can see it seems to 'list' on the rear drivers side. Got it booked in on Monday to recalibrate the suspension to see if that makes the difference.

Hi smiler1, I was aware that the front and back had separate servo units. The front sits as it should, it is the rear that is out of kilter. I wouldn’t have thought that if the rear was slightly out it would make such a difference in the ride comfort. It feels like it is being driven on the...

Hi, I have left it on 'normal' and 'off-road height' on separate occasions and it isn't losing any air. She goes up and down when asked.
I will take some pictures and post later. Unsure if it is the drivers side that is low or the passengers side that is too high.
Thanks again
