I know this one is, it just happens to be age related for 1963, it is a personalised plate:) Is no one interested in it without the plate? I am open to offers....I will ignore stupidly low offers of course:D

Sadly due to mrs rog being made redundant her company car is going back, clyde has to go to fund a daily drive for her:mad: Hard top SWB Diesel series Land rover in green and cream. Built in 1963, road registered in 1971. Either way this makes it tax exepmt. Returned to the road last year...

Correct, I believe that a 1960 vehicle can get away with white. A quick google got this

Use a tail and brake housing with a clear lens, tail becomes side light, brake light becomes indicator. For a 1960 I believe it will be ok for MOT...but I believe lots of things:)

Since owning a land rover I have been converted to Plus gas, much more efficacious than wd40 as it hangs around longer and penetrates better.... in my opinion:)

Made a bracket to mount overdrive shifter, the day was perfect and I had everything ready...except the socket I need to modify for torquing up the castle nut.... ordered at the same time as the mounting kit and the other new bits and pieces that arrived during the week. Mounting of overdrive...

........ as a series tractor owner I have yet to find a sound system that could compete with the cacophany that fills the cab on Clyde. I tend to sing at the top of my voice, no one will hear it... not even me.:o

Are you talking about the whole thing...all the black stuff? If so get yourself into Lidls and get a pot of the black shoe polish, picture below in brown. It has a built in applicator, it made my dash look like new.
