Hi Guys, I have a 6 screw fuel sender in the top of my lightweight fuel tank, its the standard series sender pattern. Does anyone know what screw pattern it is? Something like a SAE - 5 Hole pattern? Thanks Robert

I've got the nut and the dish off and its still refusing to shift. I might take it down to the local garage and see if they can shift it! The most simple of jobs is never simple.....

yeah, it is, its snapped at both ends, eaten 2 drill bits and bent my drifts :(

Hi, I Have a problem in that the rear output shaft on my transfere case has a snapped split pin in it. I have tried drilling and drifting it out but its a flippin mess and compleatley blocked..... Is there any way to remove this from the transfer case without removing it from the truck??? I'm...

Thats a good idea but from what ive looked at photos wise and seen if i did that i might end up just hitting the spider spindle?!?!

Yup the drivers side came out as one. I'll see if I can get my hands on a slide hammer to put on it. I'm guessing I'm going to have to drill and tap the shaft as the lightweight hs only have 1/4in hole in the end and its not massively deep.

Hi, I have a 110 puma and i need to replace the front to rear brake lines as they've corroded and its failed MOT. I was going to buy some goodridge unions and hose to replace them, does anoyone have a rough idea what size unions I need? thanks Rob

Hi, Thanks for that, I had the turbo hose at the front near side done about 2 years after buying it, they replaced that under warrenty. The elbow hose this time round was charged for and they were not of a mind to do it for free! :( I replaced the intercooler with a aluminium one from alive...
