Tyre size advice

HI,

I know this has been done to death but I just wanted something confirming.

I'm currently running 235/85 on boosts.

I need to replacce them as they're running low.

Can I run 285/75 on boosts and how badly will it affect the turning circle?

Does anyone have experiance of running these on a 110?
