Can I remove the rocker box lid briefly whilst engine is running to see if i can find which ones are rattling or is oil going to shoot everywhere?

Yes, i believe so. There is quite a large angle of cam lobe highest surface that the rocker contacts as it rotates. This was at the point I make the adjustment

Hi, Yes, tightened down by hand then backed off one full turn. Clearance does seem a lot though. Should I try 1/2 a turn? I fitted new o rings and new flat copper washers (LR). Is this the same as a Discovery 2 CDL kit? Oil level not rising but vehicle is sluggish in low revs
