unfortunatly I do not have the old ones anymore. But they are not really expensive so I'll order a new one and take the broken one apart
-
When I've found the problem I'll post a picture!
-
nice pics!
problem is it doesn't work by hand with the door open..it only goes to the first click :-(
(while this is a new lock from paddockspares (britpart I guess..)
-
Thanks for the reply. You can push the U-shaped cutout with the door open so it must be something inside the lock; maybe a loose spring or something.
I think i'll grind the rivets off and take a look :-)

Anyone ever opened up an anti burst door handle? Mine doesn't close anymore;
The bit with the U-shaped cutout should come down in two steps. First step to close the door and the second step so you can lock the door with a key or the little switch from inside.
Is there a spring loose? Any help is...

for the dutch ex-defense 109 series here's is part of the electrical scheme where the indicators and warningknobs are on. Also the two blocking relays are on them; they prevent accidently putting the light on in wartime

I own the car since januari this year. This is the first time for me to take the wheels off. I have a two feet brakerbar. Hope it will hold my 13 stones. (83 kilo that is :-)
I assume its better to use some coppergrease once I get them off? ALso torque them in stead of using the airtool

Goodmorning,
The wheelnuts on all 4 wheels are very tight. I sprayed them with penetrating oil and tapped them with a hammer. Is it save to heat them up with a torch? no problem with the brakes?
I don't want to break the studs..
-
I sprayed all the contact with contact-liquid and.....everything works again. :-)
Now I only got to sort out where I can buy some 24 volts lightbulbs
-
Thanks Bobsticle, it works like you said it would :-)
But if this is the only complicated bit of the wiring..I took off the dashboard 7 months ago and yesterday connected all the wires back. When I turn on the ignition the oil- and water-temp indicators go to 'H', the direction-indicators don't...
-
o ok, thanks. now I understand.
I tested the motor with a plus and minus on the two wires ( mine only has two) and then it turns.
When I put a plus on one of the wires and the minus on the motorbody it doesn't do anything.
-
Yesterday I re-installed the wipermotor. I tested it and it turns alright. BUt when I take of the power it stops where it is. It doesn't go to the 'rest-position'.
What should make it go to that position and how since the power is off?
-
Ok, Thank you. I'll go look for two 60 Ah batteries.
-
for my 109 24volts 2.25 diesel? There were two 60Ah batteries in it but what should be in there? Whats Original?
Thanks in advance!

Maybe brush it on and afterwards use a paintroller? Spraying is always more expensive and the layer you put on is often almost thinner..
I wouldn't use Hammerite
