There is a lot of ranting and raving on this thread, which is not very constructive. If you try to stop a person from modifying a Land Rover/Range Rover, it's like the finger-in-the-dam analogy. 996turbo makes a good point above - I may ask you more about this another time.

Occasionally I drive it enthusiastically on the roads - the steering feels nice, but the rear feels loose. I think the rear ARB will make the rear match the good front end feel. I'm not a getaway driver, but I am a full IAM member, so this means I like to 'make good progress' on the roads...

Nobody has mentioned OME yet (Old Man Emu). These have been recommended by Devon 4X4. I intend to buy Arnott Gen 2s and OME shocks at the same time. I am also trying to get a rear anti-roll bar, to make the rear end handle better and to complement the new shocks and springs. Does anyone...

There doesn't seem to be any retailers that sell rear anti-roll bar for P38A. Does anyone know how to get one? Second-hand or new? This is not a standard part, but this will improve on-road handling, and because I am thinking of buying Arnott springs, then the anti-roll bar would complement...

I have the same problem with my P38A Thor 4.0 LPG. Intermittent problem - it doesn't happen every day.

Can you tell me what size speaker is in a 1999T P38A door? I would like to buy some aftermarket speakers, but obviously need to know what size to buy. Thanks.

I have got a head unit fitted to my 1999 P38, but would like to fit good aftermarket speakers in the front doors. I think I have got 3-way speakers (bass, mid and tweeter) but not 100% sure. Anyway, your advice on which speakers to buy for about £150 and how to fit them would be appreciated...
