Hi gstuart, Many thanks I have changed the fuel filter and the high pressure sensor, I`ll check the MAP sensor and the throttle body, I think the pump is probably OK as it starts first time and when it plays up it resets with ignition. Many thanks I`ll let you know what I find!!!

Thanks gstuart, yes it's a TDV6, god knows why I put TD5!!! Doesn't really seem to make much difference how you drive it, slightly shorter distance if you boot it.
