I have one and it operates well....it is now a standard procedure/habit that I unlock before I get in as I cant bring it down once the door is closed...deploying it is simplicity itself......also useful to check the brake lights as the current positional set up of both plate and pedal presses on...

300tdi exhaust manifold and turbo should fit but youll need new 300 oil feed pipes a new 300 inlet manifold and have to do something with the downpipe to get around the engine mount
i think steve parker might have a primary exhaust pipe that looks as though it might fit.....youll need to check

......hmmm didn't get round to clocking that properly....sounds like you are on it...which is good as flailing prop shafts cause lots of damage, i had it happen with very little notice in my series 2a and the flailing prop took out my single circuit brake pipe.....eeeek and I used to regularly...

check propshafts for play
if they have grease nipples grease them, so that grease comes out of all cups....if it doesnt come out of all cups you may need to remove the prop to be able to gently shift the spider to force the grease through the dry cup IF you can't get grease out of one of the...

thanks, that would be great, pics are always good...it does seem that these engines are overcooled ....my guage seems to never get very high even with a fully covered grill...hence the reason to fit a super accurate guage to find out for sure where I am

Hi Hard drive I have been looking at the Spa guages for quite some time...would you mind telling what adaptors you used for your 200 tdi oil and water and where you bought them?

sounds like a damper problem..does she sit fine on the springs? or is she sagging?
no real hassle at the back, get a couple of new nylocs if you have to split the nuts....the fronts weren't a problem but I broke off every nut on the turret rings...so worth having a couple of spare rings to just...
