if you have a problem arise while it is under waranty.. and reported.as you have..and they can't resolve it before the waranty runs out..then they would have to carry on till it is resolved... at no cost to you..if a problem arises after the waranty runs out...then it is completley diffrent....

had all the prob'r that was on this site. i:e window's that don't stay up door that opens when it feels like it...took it to a guy theat deals with freelanders...found out that the last guy that did the service did it wrong..(the guy i brought it of had it serviced..so not much i can do about it...

all this as happend to mine, had it checked out..and was told that the ccu was caput...having a new one fited monday so fingers crossed that will sort it....

just orderd my ccu from LR...td4 cost £120+vat....price as droped was over £300+vat.....

my ccu as packed up...looked around for a second hand one with out luck...as they are diffrent for diffrent models...the ones that were for sale went for about £90 to £150...highest quote was £200....the price i was told LR sell them for is £300+vat...any way as i was having no luck i phoned LR...

why not get some card place it on your lights cut to shape ..then offer it up on the face lift..you will get an idea as to were it fits and were the gaps are...

hi all brought my first freelander an 03 td4..2 weeks ago...fsh...thought can't go wrong....then the rear door would not open...got that open and took the caver of to give it a good spray with wd... disconected one of the plugs and gave that a spray then the window played up...thought in might...
