do you mean block the braided pipe or the metal pipe it was connected to ?

i have removed the 8mm braided pipe to see if that helps with ypassing the egr as roverron mentions. will try and fit the filter when it arrives. thanks

Hi Folks, Im new to this site, i have a 2004 td4 and have owned it from 7000 miles, now running at 65000. last year I had the engine management light coming on when doing long journeys and the Landrover people found it to be the turbo wastegate had seized, so new turbo and parts plus man hours...
