Hi yes the brake shoes were taken off and freed off replaced some of the parts and grease and put back together by a mechanic so don't think it would be that

I haven't tried not putting it in neutral so I guess that would be a good way to start I'd just never thought of it

Hi thanks for your reply I've just had the back shoes renewed as I thought it was that but no different .... it's auto so I put it in park and don't apply the handbrake most of the time and it still does it or do you mean put it in neutral and put the handbrake on ?

Hi all I'm new to the site and looking for advice please
I have a 2005 freelander 1 td4 auto with 130k on it
The issue is I park the truck up and leave it overnight and then go to drive it it seams like something has ceased at the back end I put it in drive and go to pull off it feels like...
