I haven't tried not putting it in neutral so I guess that would be a good way to start I'd just never thought of it

Hi thanks for your reply I've just had the back shoes renewed as I thought it was that but no different .... it's auto so I put it in park and don't apply the handbrake most of the time and it still does it or do you mean put it in neutral and put the handbrake on ? Mike
