Hello Guys, I have had my p38 around 8 months now and it has always taken a long time to start. The first thing i did was change the glow plugs, replaced them with Bosch ones and it didn't help the starting. I noticed there was air bubbles on the fuel line from the fuel filter to the engine...

yes i am going to collect it tonight, I havent paid anything yet not even the test fee, I have it booked into another garage for a brake inspection and report...... Lets see if they pick up on anything

they have said all the break pipes.....

what shall I do then? I Dont want to shell out all this money for nothing, shall I get them checked by another garage? or challenge them on their decision?

well stupid me didnt check the connection!! i put a bit of switch cleaner and pushed it firmly in and it lit up like a christmas tree!! problem sorted! :)

yes all pipes, have been quoted £250 plus the dreaded by a small local garage.......

Hi guys, my p38 has failed mot on all the break pipes being corroded. I dont want to be ripped off with labor costs, what is the honest and realistic time to change these pipes and how much would be a honest reasonable price to charge?? Thanks Luke

Hi Guys, I am getting a error message on dash saying the drivers side side light has failed. I have changed the bulb and its still not working, have the MOT booked in next week and they are F**kers for failing bulbs. Any ideas? Thanks Luke
